THE NEW DISTRICT 9A
This year the Maryland General Assembly voted to approve a new legislative district map that makes a few changes to the boundaries of District 9A. You can use this interactive mapping tool provided by the Maryland General Assembly to view the new District 9A.

MEET NATALIE
Natalie Ziegler is a small business owner, farmer, and moderate Democrat running to be one of your two delegates representing Howard and Montgomery County's Legislative District 9A. She is committed to bridging the partisan divide and working together with everyone in our community to develop practical solutions to our common problems. With many generations of family farming history here in Maryland, Natalie and her husband John have deep roots in the community. Natalie will work to keep our district a great place to live for all of our neighbors.
Natalie has been committed to public service for many years. Some of her roles have included serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system, teaching adult literacy, serving on the Howard County Economic Development Authority board, and helping provide food security for families. She currently serves on the Howard Community College Board of Trustees.
